Sihui Shafi Leathers China Co. Ltd., (SSLC) is a finishing plant, established in 2007 in Sihui city, Guangdong, province, China. Knowing the importance of the shoe industry in China, Muhammad Shafi Tanneries (Pvt) Ltd which is flag-bearer of Shafi Group from Pakistan, decided to put its presence in China. Shafi Group is the premier leading group in leather industry from Pakistan with four tanneries and is in the business for last 50 years. The initiative from Muhammad Shafi Tanneries (MST) was to set up this finishing plant for quick sampling and deliveries to the shoe trading companies and factories in China.

Currently, SSLC has a capacity of producing 4 million square feet of finished leather per year. It has been growing in size and products with the aim to provide support to the shoe industry in China. We believe the leather speaks for it self and our motivation is by giving high standard of consistent quality, on time deliveries with efficient customer services.

SSLC has a strong R&D team, to develop new and fashionable articles – keeping up with the demand from the fashion industry and to support the environment by using environmentally friendly chemicals . It has been catering to some of the biggest shoe factories/brands in China for local and the export market. And now takes part in all of the leather exhibitions all over the country.
